تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية وأثرها في جودة المعلومات المحاسبية دراسة ميدانية في البنوك الجزائرية حالة ولاية بسكرة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية في جودة المعلومات المحاسبية دراسة ميدانية في البنوك الجزائرية حالة ولاية بسكرة، تم إجراء الدراسة في البنوك التالية: القرض الشعبي الجزائري، بنك التنمية المحلية، بنك الخليج، البنك الخارجي، بنك التنمية الريفية، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك قام الباحث باختيار عينة عشوائية متكونة من مدير عام، رئيس مصلحة، نائب رئيس مصلحة والبالغ عددهم 40 مبحوثا من العاملين في البنوك محل الدراسة. أجريت عملية التحليل باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر لتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية على جودة المعلومات المحاسبية بالبنوك محل الدراسة.
