Résumé: This article investigates how digital transformation affects Algeria's human resource strategy, highlighting the challenges and opportunities of connecting technology to people management. Algeria is modernizing its economy by incorporating digital technology into the public and private sectors, improving efficiency, lowering costs, and encouraging employee engagement. Infrastructure restrictions, a skills shortage, change resistance, and data privacy and security concerns remain. The study compares local case studies like Sonatrach and Algérie Télécom to multinationals like IBM and Shell to find the best ways to overcome these challenges. This emphasizes investing in digital skills, technical infrastructure, and creativity. Automation, predictive analytics, and flexible work arrangements can help organizations improve their HR strategies for long-term success.
