Résumé: The study aimed to uncover the social dimension, its levels, its causes, and its relationship to the academic self among students of physical education and sports at the University of Ouargla, based on our sense of the problem and research in previous studies, Activities from the third year with a BA in Education and Kinesiology, and the first Master majored in School Sports Physical Activity, and it was based on a scale consisting of two dimensions (the first dimension is the social dimension and the second is the academic self ), And it was dealt with by the statistical program (spss), and my study ended with the relationship beginning by posing the problem and stated, is there a relationship between the social dimension and the academic self ?, And the student used the descriptive approach in a comparative manner, In order to verify the hypotheses of the study, the study sample consisted of 62 students studying at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports of the social dimension and the academic self of the students and the presence of a low level in each of the two variables, as well as the absence of differences in the social dimension and academic self due to the variable of sex and academic level.
