مقاربة سوسيولوجية لعلاقات العمل بالمؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية . دراسة نظرية

Résumé: ملخص: أصبحت علاقات العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية التي تعرف نزاعات عمل فردية وجماعية من أهم اهتمامات التشريعات الحديثة، والباحثين الاجتماعيين وذلك للتوصل إلى إيجاد تسوية عقلانية، تهدف إلى الحفاظ على العلاقة بين العامل وصاحب العمل من جهة. وحتى يمكننا فهم طبيعة علاقات العمل الصراعية كان علينا الإشارة إل هاته العلاقات خلال مرحلة ما قبل الإصلاحات الاقتصادية بالإشارة إلى التطور التاريخي الذي عرفته المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية ثم محاولة التطرق إلى خلفيات و أهداف الخوصصة بالإضافة إلى تحليل واقع الخوصصة وتحدياتها بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية خصوصا خلال تسعينات القرن الماضي. Abstract: The working relationship of the Algerian institution, which defines individual and collective labor disputes, has become one of the most important concerns of modern legislation and social researchers in order to reach a rational settlement aimed at maintaining the relationship between the worker and the employer. In order to understand the nature of the labor relations, we had to refer to these relations during the pre-economic reforms by referring to the historical development of the Algerian public institution and then to the background and objectives of privatizations. .
