واقع الصحة والسلامة المهنية في البيئة الاستشفائية في ظل جائحة كورونا

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى فهم واقع الصحة والسلامة المهنية في البيئة الإستشفائية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وبالإستناد للمنهج الوصفي المقارن وباشتقاق عينة قصدية من 100 موظف وموظفة بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ببريكة باتنة، وبعد تطبيق إستبيان مُحَكّمْ عليهم، تم إختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS حيث أسفرت النتائج على أن مستوى الوعي بالصحة والسلامة المهنية لدى عمال الصحة منخفض. كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة والسلامة المهنية بين العمال والمهنين بحسب الوظيفة، ولم يتحقق ذلك بين الذكور والإناث والمتزوجين والعزاب والأقل من 5 سنوات والأكثر منها في ظل الجائحة. The study aims to understand the reality of occupational health and safety in the hospital environment in light of the Corona pandemic, and based on the comparative descriptive approach and by extracting an intentional sample of 100 employees and employees in the health sector in Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Barika Batna, and after applying a controlled questionnaire to them, the hypotheses were tested using the SPSS program, which showed Results: The level of health awareness of occupational safety among health workers is low. It was also found that there are statistically significant differences in occupational health and safety between workers and professionals by occupation, and this was not achieved between married and unmarried males and females, less than 5 years and more in the light of the pandemic.
