أثر الحوافز الضريبية على الاستثمار في الجزائر دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية الاستثمار Andi الفترة 2002/2016

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة إبراز أثر الحوافز الضريبية التي تقدمها الدولة من خلال مختلف الإجراءات والقوانين التشريعية والتنظيمية على الاستثمار في الجزائر، فقصد تدعيم الجانب النظري من الدراسة قمنا باستعراض الأدبيات إلى تناولت المفاهيم الأساسية للحوافز الضريبية والاستثمار،أما فيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي للوقوف على أثر الحوافز الضريبية على الاستثمار قمنا بدراسة حالة للوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار. ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية قد توصلنا إلى أن الحوافز الضريبية المقدمة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار كان لها أثر إيجابي على الاستثمار في الجزائر من خلال زيادة حجم المشاريع الاستثمارية سواء المحلية أو الأجنية دون نسيان إسهاماته في توفير مناصب الشغل، وكان ذلك عبر تشجيعات جبائية خلال كل مراحل الإنشاء والاستغلال والتوسيع عبر كل المناطق، مع تخصيص حوافز خاصة للمناطق الواجب ترقيتها كالهضاب العليا والجنوب الكبير. This study aims to highlight the impact of tax incentives provided by the state through various legislative and regulatory measures on investment in Algeria. In order to strengthen the theoretical aspect of the study, we reviewed the literature to address the basic concepts of tax incentives and investment. As for the practical aspect of the impact of incentives Tax on Investment We have examined the case of the National Agency for Investment Development. Through the field study we found that the tax incentives provided by the National Agency for Investment Development had a positive impact on investment in Algeria by increasing the volume of investment projects, whether local or foreign, without forgetting its contributions to the provision of jobs, All stages of construction, exploitation and expansion across all regions, with special incentives allocated to areas to be promoted, such as the upper highlands and the great south
