(asjp) معوقات النشر العلمي للبحوث السوسيولوجية عبر المنصة الوطنية للمجلات العلمية الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع صعوبات النشر العلمي للمقالات العلمية السوسيولوجية عبر المنصة الوطنية للمجلات العلمية الجزائرية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي للتفسير الموضوعي لأبعاد المشكلة المتمثلة في محاولة تقديم تفسير سوسيولوجي للعلاقة التي تجمع كلا من المعرفة المنهجية والتنظيمية بصعوبة تعامل الباحثين الاجتماعيين مع المنصة الوطنية، بناء عليه تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة قصدية قدرت بـ98 مفردة، وقد توصلنا إلى أن المعوقات التنظيمية التي تواجه عملية النشر العلمي ترتبط بنقص الاطلاع على التعليمات الخاصة بكيفية التعامل مع المنصة الوطنية وغياب المعايير الموضوعية في تحكيم البحوث وغموضها، أما المعوقات المنهجية فتجمع بين ضعف المعرفة بالبرامج الإحصائية مثل SPSS  وغياب الحداثة في معالجة المشكلات الاجتماعية وكذا ضعف البناء التحليلي لمحتوى بيانات الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة. Abstract: This study aimed at diagnosing the reality of the important obstacles of scientific publishing of sociological articles through the ASJP, The descriptive approach has been relied on to explain the relationship that brings together both systematic and organizational knowledge with the difficulty of social researchers dealing with the ASJP, and a questionnaire was distributed to 98 samples. We concluded that the organizational obstacles facing the scientific publishing process are the lack of familiarity with the publushing instructions and the absence of objectif criteria in the arbitration of research, while the methodological obstacles are directed towards poor knowledge of statistical programs such as SPSS in addition to the absence of modernity in addressing social problems and the weakness of the analytical context for the data.
