دور المجتمع المدني في الحد من الفساد

Résumé: الملخص: يقوم المجتمع المدني في الجزائر بدور بارز في تقويض ظاهرة الفساد عبر مساهمته الفعّالة في تحفيز ثقافة النزاهة وتعزيز المشاركة المواطنية، كما يعكس دوره التزاماً راسخًا بمكافحة الفساد من خلال التفاعل مع الهيئات الحكومية والتشجيع على تبني سياسات استباقية تتجاوز الجوانب الوقائية، من خلال نشر الوعي بشكل شامل بين جميع فئات المجتمع، ويستخدم لغة سهلة ومفهومة لتشجيع الوعي وتغيير السلوكيات نحو مواقف أكثر نزاهة، ويسهم تفعيل دور المجتمع المدني في تعزيز التعاون بين الحكومة وبينه، حيث يعملان كشريكين أساسيين في الجهود من اجل مكافحة الفساد وتحقيق التحول الفعّال نحو بيئة أكثر نزاهة في الجزائر. Abstract: The civil society in Algeria plays a prominent role in undermining the phenomenon of corruption through its effective contribution in promoting a culture of integrity and enhancing civic participation. Its role reflects a strong commitment to combating corruption by interacting with government bodies and encouraging the adoption of proactive policies that go beyond preventive measures. This is achieved by fostering comprehensive awareness across all segments of society, utilizing simple and understandable language to promote awareness and instigate behavioral changes towards more ethical stances. The activation of the civil society's role contributes to enhancing collaboration between the government and itself, serving as fundamental partners in efforts to combat corruption and achieve an effective transition towards a more transparent environment in Algeria.
