الإستراتيجية العسكرية الأمريكية في منطقة جنوب شرق آسيا: دراسة في المظاهر والانعكاسات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الأهمية الاستراتيجية لمنطقة جنوب شرق آسيا في المنظور العسكري الأمريكي، وذلك من خلال التواجد العسكري فيها، سواء بإقامة تحالفات إقليمية ودولية أو بالتعاون العسكري، بما يسهم في توطيد العلاقات وحماية المصالح الحيوية من مختلف التهديدات التي قد تواجهها، ومن أهم التحديات التي يواجهها التواجد العسكري الأمريكي الصعود الصيني واحتوائه وخاصة التوسع العسكري الصيني في منطقة بحر الصين الجنوبي التي تعتبر أهم المناطق الحيوية لمصالحها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاستراتيجية العسكرية الأمريكية انتهجت عديد الأساليب لكسب حلفاء دوليين وإقليمين لضمان تحقيق استدامة الاستقرار في منطقة جنوب شرق آسيا، وبسط نفوذها فيها لحماية مصالحها الحيوية، وأيضا لاحتواء الصعود الصيني، مما انعكس بردود إستراتيجية عسكرية زادت في بؤر التوتر في المنطقة، وخاصة المناطق المتنازع عنها بين دول الآسيان والصين، كما أدت الإستراتيجية العسكرية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى اتخاذ دول الآسيان سياسة إقليمية للحفاظ على كيانها وتحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية. The study aims to highlight the strategic importance of the Southeast Asia region from the American military perspective, through military presence there, by establishing regional and international alliances and military cooperation, which contributes to strengthening relations as well as protecting vital interests from various threats that may face them, and the most important challenges facing the American military presence for the Chinese rise and its containment, especially the Chinese military expansion in the South China Sea region, which crosses the most important vital areas for interests. The study concluded that the American military strategy has adopted many methods to gain international and regional allies to ensure the sustainability of stability in the Southeast Asia region, and to extend its influence there to protect its vital interests, and also to contain the Chinese rise, which was reflected in strategic military responses that increased in hotbeds of tension in the region, especially the disputed areas between ASEAN countries and China. The United States' military strategy also led ASEAN countries to adopt a regional policy to preserve their entity and achieve their strategic goals.
