السياسات الصناعية واقتصاديات دول بريكس وفق مقاربة نموذج "الإوز الطائر" -دراسة قياسية باستخدام بيانات بانل للفترة الممتدة من 2000 الى 2022-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أثر السياسات التنموية الصناعية على النمو الاقتصادي في دول بريكس (البرازيل، روسيا جنوب افريقيا، الهند والصين) وذلك بالتطرق للعلاقة النظرية بين نظرية الاوز الطائر للتنمية والصناعة ومساهمة السياسات الصناعية في عملية النمو الاقتصادي باعتبارها احدى أهم سياسة تنموية منتهجة من قبل تكتل دول بريكس من خلال الاعتماد على الطريقة القياسية باستخدام بيانات سلاسل زمنية مقطعية سنوية من 2000 الى 2022 . ومن بين النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة هناك علاقة سببية طويلة الأجل بين النمو الاقتصادي ومؤشرات السياسة الصناعية حيث تؤثر مؤشرات القطاع الصناعي على النمو الاقتصادي في الأجل الطويل والقصير، كما يظهر لنا معامل تصحيح الخطأ بإشارة سالبة-0.607260) (وهذا ما يؤكد لنا وجود علاقة سببية طويلة الأجل بين المتغير التابع والمتغيرات المفسرة له. This study aims to highlight the impact of industrial development policies on economic growth in the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, South Africa, India and China) by addressing the theoretical relationship between the theory of flying geese for development and industry and the contribution of industrial policies to the process of economic growth as one of the most important development policy pursued by the BRICS bloc by relying on the standard method using annual cross-sectional time series data from 2000 to 2022. Among the findings of the study, there is a long-term causal relationship between economic growth and industrial policy indicators, where the indicators of the industrial sector affect economic growth in the long and short term, as shown by the error correction coefficient with a negative sign) -0.607260) this confirms the existence of a long-term causal relationship between the dependent variable and its explaining variables.
