كفاءة القروض الاستهلاكية في تلبية الحاجات التمويلية للعائلات الجزائرية (دراسة ميدانية بنك الخليج الجزائرagb وكالة ورقلة)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الصيغة الجديدة التي جاء بها القرض الاستهلاكي، وكفاءتها في تلبية الحاجات التمويلية للعائلات الجزائرية . ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، و ايضا تم تصميم استبيان تكون من 70 نسخة قدمت للمستجوبين من العائلات ، وللاجابة على الاسئلة استخدمنا البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS بغرض تحليل نتائج الدراسة. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ان الصيغة الجديدة التي جاء بها القرض الاستهلاكي ، بعد التعديلات من المشرع الجزائري احرزت اقبالا نوعا ما ، ولكن تبقى اسعار الفائدة المرتفعة محل التخوف من طرف العائلات مع العلم ان القرض الاستهلاكي يساهم بشكل كبير في تنمية الاقتصاد وتلبية الحاجات التمويلية للعائلات الجزائرية This study aimed to identify the new format that the consumer loan has brotten and its ability to satisfy the financial needs of the Algerian families. To achieve the objectives of the study was based on descriptive approach, and also designed a questionnaire of 70 copies provided to respondents from families, and to answer the questions we used the statistical program SPSS for the purpose of analyzing the results of the study. The results of the study showed that the new version of the consumer loan , after amendments from the Algerian legislator, has gained some interest. However, high interest rates remain the fear of families, knowing that the consumer loan contributes significantly to the development of the economy and the financing needs of the Algerian families.
