ظاهرة تقليد العلامات التجارية و حجمها في الجزائر
Résumé: تعد العلامات التجارية إحدى الوسائل التي تميز كل منتج عن غيره وبالتالي تجنب المستهلك أعمال التضليل وتكسبه الثقة في المنتج. ونظرا لهذه القيمة أصبحت عرضة للاعتداء عليها لاسيما عن طريق أفعال التقليد. وقد انتشرت ظاهرة تقليد العلامات التجارية دوليا وتوسعت بشكل كبير حتى أصبحت تشكل أساس قيام الاقتصاديات الموازية. وتعتبر الجزائر واحدة من الدول التي تعاني من هذه استفحال هذه الظاهرة بشكل كبير. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في ظاهرة تقليد العلامات التجارية وحجمها في الجزائر وما لها من أبعاد سلبية على الاقتصاد والمستهلكين، وتقييم مختلف الإجراءات المتخذة للحد من آثارها.. Abstract Trademarks are one of the methodes that help to distinguish each product from another, so consumers can avoid misleading between the different trademarks and to gain confidence in the product. Because of this value, trademarks have become a target of imitation which spread in many countries and has expanded considerably to become the basis for parallel economies. Algeria is one of the countries that suffer from this phenomenon, Therefore, this study aims to discuss the imitation of Trademarks in Algeria ,its negative effects on the economy and consumers and to evaluate the various procedure which is taken to reduce this phenomenon.
