أهمية استخدام معلم المدرسة الابتدائية للألعاب شبه الرياضية لتنمية التوافق الحركي في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية للتلاميذ (9-11 سنة)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تكوين معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية وقدرتهم على تنمية التوافق الحركي للتلاميذ باستخدام الألعاب شبه الرياضية ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 28 معلم و لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الإستبيان، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أن بعض المعلمين تكوينهم في مادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية غير كافٍ، إضافة إلى وجود عراقيل تنحصر جلّها في نقص التكوين مما أدى إلى إهمالهم لتنمية التوافق الحركي في غياب الألعاب شبه الرياضية المهمة للطفل في عملية التعلم، وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تخصيص دورات تكوينية و تدريبية متواصلة و منتظمة للمعلمين في مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية مع زيادة الحجم الساعي لهذه المادة و الاهتمام بها أكثر في المدارس الابتدائية. The study aims to identify the extent of the formation of primary school teachers in physical education and sports and their ability to develop the motor compatibility of students using semi-sports games. For this purpose, we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 28 teachers. It was concluded that some teachers’ training in physical and sports education is insufficient, in addition to the existence of obstacles, most of which are limited to the lack of training, which led to their neglect of the development of motor coordination in the absence of semi-sports games that are important for the child in the learning process On this basis, the study recommended the need to allocate continuous and regular training and training courses for teachers in the subject of physical education and sports, with an increase in the number of students seeking this subject and more attention to it in primary schools.
