Résumé: الملخص: للإدارة في مجال حماية البيئة مكنات قانونية، لعل أبرزها آليات الضبط الاداري البيئي، التي تلعب دور فعال في تقويم سلوك الافراد وتقييد حيز من حرياتهم، وفق ما تقتضيه ضرورات التنمية وحماية مكونات الطبيعة وصون عناصرها، هذه الآليات تنشق الى نوعان، آليات الضبط البيئي القبلية المتمثلة في نظام الرخص، الالزام، الحضر، دراسة مدى التأثير والتقارير. وآليات الضبط البيئي البعدية المتجسدة في الإخطار، سحب الترخيص، وفق النشاط وأخيرا العقوبات المالية. كلمات مفتاحية: البيئة، الضبط الاداري الخاص، الوقاية، الآليات القبلية، الآليات البعدية. Summary: the administration in the area of environmental protection has a legal means. Perhaps the exact mechanisms is the environmental control.
