الباش آغا السي خلادي بن ميلود، زعيم أهلي في منتصف المسافة مع الوطنية ( 1895 – 1991 )

Résumé: يمثل الباش آغا السي خلادي بن ميلود، باش آغا قبيلة لعمور بملحق عين الصفراء، عيّنة متميزة في سلك الزعامات الأهلية الذي اعتمدته الإدارة الاستعمارية لمساعدتها في سياسة وإدارة الأهالي الجزائريين. ومكمن التميّز فيه يتمثل في كونه أنه بالرغم من كونه سليل بيت قدم الكثير من القياد ( شيوخ، آغات و باش آغات) لفرنسا إلا أنه استطاع أن يلمس بحسه تناقضات النظام الاستعماري الذي كان يعمل فيه. هذه التناقضات التي كشفت له في مرحلة أولى عن عدالة مطالب الحركة الوطنية؛ كما دفعته في مرحلة ثانية إلى التعاطف معها ثم التفاعل مع إحدى تشكيلاتها. لكن ظلت مواقفه، قبل حرب التحرير و خلالها، تعكس شخصية منقسمة في داخلها بين مقتضيات الولاء و مقتضيات الانتماء. ولأنه لم يستطع الفصل بين الأمرين فقد بقي يراوح مكانه في منتصف المسافة مع الوطنية. هدف هذا المقال هو إماطة اللثام عن جانب مجهول من تاريخنا الجزائري المعاصر يتعلق بالقيادة والقياد في منظومة النظام الاستعماري، من خلال تناول الباش آغا السي خلادي بن ميلود في سيرته ومسيرته، و هذا من خلال وثائق أرشيفية أصيلة من الأرشيف الفرنسي لم تستغل من قبل. The Bachagah Si Khelladi ben Miloud, Bachagah of Amours tribe in the Annex of Ain-Sefra, represents a particular case in the corps of indigenous chiefs, created by the colonial administration to help in the administration of the country. The particularity of the Khelladi’s case resides in the fact that, despite his belonging to a large tent, which gave rise so many caïds (sheikhs, aghas, bachaghas, etc.) to France, he did not fail to come to grasps with the contradictions of the colonial system. Firstly, it was these same contradictions that opened his eyes to the justness of the nationalist cause; then secondly, brought him closer to it, until he flirted with one of its components. Divided and undecided between the demand of belonging and that of professional loyalty, Khalladi remained halfway with Algerian nationalism. Thus, the objective of this article, and through a well-documented biography, is to reveal an unknown aspect of our contemporary history, that of this "native elite" who linked their destiny with the colonizer and to discover their inner breakdown.
