المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كآلية لترقية الاستثمار السياحي Small And Medium Enterprises As A Mechanism To Promote Tourism Investment

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من أهم الآليات القانونية لترقية الاستثمار السياحي، وذلك عن طريق استخدام وتوجيه رؤوس الأموال لخلق أو تثمين وتسويق المنتوجات و/أو الخدمات التي تدخل ضمن متطلبات الجذب السياحي من أجل تحقيق ربح، جميع هذه النشاطات يمكن أن تقوم بها منشآت تأخذ شكل شركات تجارية، نظرا لقدرتها على تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة في ظل آليات قانونية سطرت لتسهيل مهامها. على هذا الأساس، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد هيكلة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في المجال السياحي من خلال تحديد شكل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ومعرفة نشاطاتها في إطار الاستثمار السياحي، وكذا معرفة الآليات القانونية المتاحة حتى تؤدي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة نشاطاتها في المجال السياحي على أكمل وجه. Abstract: The small and medium enterprises are one of the most important mechanism to promote tourism investment, who is use a social capital to create or value a tourism product or/and service that meets requirements of tourist attractions, in order to market this service and obtain a return on investment “a gain”. These activities can be the subject of commercial societies, because of its capacity to achieve the desired objectives in the legal mechanisms developed by the legislator to facilitate their missions. Therefore, this study aims to define the structure of small and medium enterprises in the tourism, and define the legal mechanisms so that small and medium enterprises perform their activities in the tourism.
