دور فاعلية التكوين في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة المساعدين الجدد "جامعة قسنطينة أنموذجًا"

Résumé: الملخص بالعربية : يعتبر إعداد الأستاذ الجامعي وتنميته مهنيًا أحد المرتكزات الأساسية لتطوير التّعليم العالي، فجودة التّعليم مرتبطة أساسًا بالعمل البيداغوجي للأستاذ الجامعي الذي لا يستطيع أن ينهض بأداء مهمته، إلا إذا امتلك مجموعة من الكفايات التي تمكنه من اكتساب معارف في فن التّدريس الجامعي. ومن أجل ذلك عمدت وزارة التّعليم العالي والبحث العلمي على تكوين الأساتذة حديثي التّوظيف، كونه خطوة إيجابية، ونقلة توعية في سبيل الارتقاء بالتّعليم العالي، وتطوير مهارات الأستاذ الجامعي بهدف إكسابه خبرات وقدرات سواء أكانت فردية أو جماعية خاصة في مجال التعليم عن بعد. وفي هذا الإطار عهد إلى جامعة الإخوة منتوري (قسنطينة) تكوين الأساتذة الجدد من أجل التّحكم في استعمال تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتّصال في مجال التّعليم، بإشراف خلية التّكوين عن بعد برئاسة الأستاذ "أحمد بلهاني". الملخص بالأجنبية: The preparation and professional development of a university professor is one of the basic pillars of the development of higher education, as the quality of education is mainly related to the pedagogical work of the university professor, who cannot fulfill his mission, unless he .possesses a set of competencies that enable him to acquire knowledge in the art of university teaching For this reason, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has deliberated on the formation of newly employed professors, as it is a positive step and an awareness-raising move for the sake of promoting higher education, and developing the university professor’s skills with the aim of providing him with experiences and capabilities, whether individual or collective, especially in the field of distance éducation In this context, he entrusted to the University of Brothers Mantouri (Constantine) the formation of new professors in order to control the use of information and communication technology in the field of education, under the supervision of the remote training cell headed by Professor .
