موقف الباب العالي من النشاط الصليبي لفرسان القديس يوحنا تجاه تونس وطرابلس 1559-1565م على ضوء المراسلات العثمانية

Résumé: ملخص: لعبت الحركات الدينية دورا كبيرا في الحياة السياسية والعسكرية غربَ البحر المتوسط، إذ أنها ساهمت بشكل كبير في الصراع الجيوسياسي والحضاري الذي ظهر خلال العصر الحديث بين العالم الإسلامي العثماني والغرب المسيحي الأوروبي، ولقد كان فرسان القديس يوحنا من أبرز التنظيمات الدينية الصليبية التي شاركت في هذا الصراع خلال القرن 16م. ومنه فإننا نهدف في هذا الدراسة إلى البحث في موقف الباب العالي من التهديدات الصليبية لفرسان القديس يوحنا المتوالية على كل من تونس وطرابلس في منتصف القرن 16م، حيث سنسلط الضوء من خلالها على موقف الدولة العثمانية -انطلاقا من مراسلاتها لحكام الإيالات المغاربية- بخصوص الحملات الصليبية لفرسان القديس يوحنا المدعومين من الإسبان على إيالتي تونس وطرابلس، وكذا على الدور السياسي والعسكري الذي لعبه الباب العالي في تأمين وحفظ إيالاته المغاربية من الهجمات والحملات العسكرية المسيحية الأوروبية بشكل عام وفي وجه فرسان القديس يوحنا على وجه الخصوص. Abstract : Religious movements played a major role in the political and military life of the western Mediterranean, as they contributed greatly to the geopolitical and civilizational conflict that emerged during the modern era between the Ottoman Islamic world and the European Christian West. The Knights of St. John was one of the most prominent Crusader religious organizations that participated in this conflict. During the 16th century AD. Hence, we will aim in this study to examine the position of the Sublime Porte on the successive crusade threats of the Knights of Saint John on Tunisia and Tripoli in the middle of the 16th century AD. Saint John who was supported by the Spaniards on the provinces of Tunis and Tripoli, as well as on the political and military role that the Sublime Porte played in securing and preserving its Maghreb provinces from European Christian attacks and military campaigns in general and against the Knights of Saint John in particular.
