Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث في إبراز أهمية تسويق العلامة التجارية من طرف النادي الرياضي المحترف لكرة القدم الذي تدخل ضمن الخطط أو الإستراتجيات التسويقية التي تهدف في المقام الأول استهداف الأسواق و الجماهير ومن ثمة تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، هذا من خلال تحديد الإحتياجات والرغبات للسوق المستهدفة، وعليه فإنه يستوجب على النادي المحترف لكرة القدم وضع آليات للوصول إلى المستهلكين. ومن ثم الوصول إلى الأهداف، وبناء على ذلك استخدام الطرق التي تعمل على الترويج للعلامة التجارية للنادي المحترف لكرة القدم والذي يتمثل في أسلوب الترخيص. لذا سنحاول في هذا المقال البحث في القواعد الموضوعية ذات العلاقة بالملكية الفكرية التي وضعها المشرع الجزائري ومدى فاعلتها في حماية الحقوق لدى أطراف المصلحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلامةالتجارية؛ النادي المحترف لكرةالقدم؛ المشرع الجزائري.
