معدلات التضخم المحفزة للنمو الاقتصادي : مقاربة نموذج العتبة من الجزائر

Résumé: أجابت هذه الورقة على إشكالية وجود معدل تضخم معياري محفز للنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. فترة الدراسة امتدت من 2000 إلى 2018 باستخدام بيانات فصلية. استخدمنا نموذج العتبة TAR بانتقال فوري، حيث يمثل الجزء الديناميكي معدل النمو الاقتصادي المؤخر بفترة، بافتراض أنه والحد الثابت غير متأثرين بتغير الأنظمة. في حين يتأثر معدل التضخم بمتغير العتبة المتمثل في لوغاريتم معدلات التضخم. أفرزت النتائج أن معدل التضخم المحفِز للنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر محصور بين 0.422-1.02% فصليا، أي بين 1.688-4.08% سنويا، وهي عتبة قريبة من المعدلات المسجلة في الدول الصناعية حسب Khan & Senhadji 2001. This paper answers the problem of the existence of an inflation rate that stimulates economic growth in Algeria during the period 2000-2018 by quarterly data. We use the TAR model with brutal transition, where the dynamic part is the one lag of economic growth rate, and it is considered with the intercept not affected by regime change. In contrast, the inflation rate is affected by the threshold variable that is represented in the logarithm of inflation rate. The results showed that the rate of inflation stimulating economic growth in Algeria is between 0.422-1.02% quarterly, ie between 1.688-4.08% annually, a threshold close to that of industrial countries according to Khan & Senhadji 2001.
