دور مديري مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي في تحسين المناخ التنظيمي بمؤسساتهم من وجهة نظر الأساتذة

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور مديري مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي في تحسين المناخ التنظيمي بمؤسساتهم من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام استبيان " الرباح 2008"، وأعيد تعديله وحساب خصائصه السيكومترية. وطبق على عينة مكونة من 54 أستاذا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العرضية، وتم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية الاجتماعية لتحليل البيانات 22SPSS . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي لدورهم في تحسين المناخ التنظيمي بمؤسساتهم في مجالي الأبنية والمرافق والتجهيزات المدرسية، والأساتذة مرتفعة، ومتوسطة في مجال: التلاميذ، المناهج، المجتمع المحلي. Abstract: The study aims to identify the role of secondary school Directors in improving the organizational climate of their institutions from the perspective of teachers, To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive approach was used, The study tool is The role of directors of secondary education institutions in improving the regulatory climate of their institutions questionnaire prepared by the researcher "Rabbah 2008", was Modified and calculated psychometric characteristics. It was applied to a convenience sample of 54 Professors. We relied on the social statistical package program to analyze the spss22 data. The study found that the degree to which the Directors of Secondary Education institutions has exercised their role in improving the organizational environment of their institutions is high in the areas of school buildings, facilities and equipment, professors and middle-level in the field of: Pupils, Educational curricula and the local community.
