التطور المالي ودوره في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر (دراسة قياسة لعينة من دول شمال إفريقيا خلال فترة 1990-2017)، Financial Development And Its Role In Attracting Foreign Direct Investment(econometrics Study Of A Sample Of North African Countries During The Period 1990-2017)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لإبراز دور التطور المالي في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، لعينة متكونة من ثلاثة دول من شمال إفريقيا (الجزائر، تونس ومصر) خلال فترة 1990-2017، بحيث تم التطرق في الجانب النظري على مؤشرات قياس التطور المالي، بالإضافة إلى تبيان واقع تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لدول عينة الدراسة، أما الجانب التطبيقي فخصص لدراسة قياسية، باستخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية (Panel Data). وأشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن مؤشر تطور النظام المصرفي والمتمثل في الائتمان الخاص من قبل بنوك الودائع والمؤسسات المالية الأخرى له علاقة عكسية مع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافد، في حين أن مؤشر تطور الأسواق المالية والمتمثل في الرسملة السوقية يساهم بشكل ضعيف في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. This study aimed to highlight the role of financial development in attracting foreign direct investment for a sample of three North African countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt) during the period 1990-2017.aspect was devoted to a Econometrics study. In the theoretical side, indicators for measuring financial development were dealt with, in addition to clarifying the reality of foreign direct investment flows to the countries of the study sample, and the applied side was devoted to a Econometrics study, using the data of the sectional time series (Panel data). The results of this study indicated that the indicator of the development of the banking system represented in private credit by deposit banks and other financial institutions has a negative impact in attracting foreign direct investment, while the financial market development index represented in market capitalization contributes weakly to attracting foreign direct investment, as well The trade openness has a role in attracting this type of investments
