المقاربات النظرية المفسرة لنشأة وتطور المقاولة العرقية وتطبيقاتها على مقاولة بني مزاب نموذجا

Résumé: تنطلق الدراسة من مفهوم المقاولة العرقية الذي شهد اهتماما متزايدا منذ السبعينيات، وذلك للدور المتنامي الذي صارت تلعبه بعض المجموعات العرقية في اقتصاديات العديد من الدول، حيث قمنا بالتعرض إلى مختلف المقاربات النظرية التي تسعى لتفسير لمقاولة العرقية وتحديد العوامل المحفزة على نشأتها وتطورها. كما تتضمن هذه الدراسة محاولتنا إسقاط هذه المقاربات النظرية على نموذج فعلي يتمثل في مقاولة بني مزاب كأفراد ينتمون لمجموعة عرقية تميز بخصوصياتها الاثنية والثقافية، ولقد قمنا بتوظيف المنهج التاريخي معتمدين أساسا على الدراسات السابقة والوثائق الأرشيفية، معتبرين أن مقاولة الحاضر هي نتيجة وتراكم تاريخي لمقاولة الماضي، كما قمنا بتوظيف مقاربة نوعية بلجوئنا إلى تقنية المقابلات مع 15 مقاولا من بني مزاب بهدف استخلاص العوامل التي تشجع الأفراد في نسق هذه المجموعة على الممارسة المقاولاتية. توصلنا من خلال نتائج دراستنا إلى أن نشأة المقاولة عند بني مزاب كان نتيجة مجموعة عوامل دفع سلبية، وتطورها يرجع أساسا إلى عوامل سحب إيجابية، كما أن للسمات الثقافية والرأس مال الاجتماعي عند بني مزاب دور هام في تعزيز الممارسة المقاولاتية في نسق هذا المجموعة. Abstract : This study starts from the idea that ethnic entrepreneurship which has been emerged and developed since the early seventies when some ethnic groups start to have an important role in several economies across the world, especially in the US. This research tries to list the different approaches that explain the genesis and the development of ethnic entrepreneurship by looking at factors encouraging and stimulating this type of entrepreneurship. The added value of this research appears in the application of these different approaches to examines a case study of the M’zab society that shares ethnic and cultural values. Furthermore, the research builds on historical methodology. We also performed a survey as a qualitative approach based on a pool of 15 M’zab entrepreneurs to extract the different perspectives that encourage individuals to embark in their entrepreneurship journey.
