واقع التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات وعلاقتها بالرضى الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي

Résumé: من خلال دراستنا كنا نهدف الى تسليط الضوء على المقاربة بالكفاءات و علاقتها بالرضى الوظيفي لدى اساتذة التعليم الثانوي ، من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين المقاربة بالكفاءات و الدافعية الانجاز لدى الاساتذة و كذلك علاقتها بنجاح العملية التعليمية من جهة اخرى . لقد وضعنا لبحثنا هذا ثلاث فرضيات مفادها أن :  تساهم المقاربة بالكفاءات في تحقيق الرضى الوظيفي لدى اساتذة التعليم الثانوي .  تساهم المقاربة بالكفاءات في رفع مستوى دافعية الانجاز لدى اساتذة التعليم الثانوي .  تساهم المقاربة بالكفاءات في نجاح العلملية التعليمية لحصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لاساتذة التعليم الثانوي .  استخدمنا عينة تتألف من "40 أستاذ في الطور الثانوي لولاية ورقلة و عرضنا على العينة استبيان بعد ان قمنا بالتأكد من صلاحيته و موثوقيته و بعدها قمنا بتفريغ البيانات و تحليلها من خلال اعتماد طريقة التحليل البيبليوغرافي  أظهرت اجابات الاساتذة على الاستبيان أن كل الاساتذة تقريبا أكدو على ان التدريس وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات كان له الدور الإيجابي في تحقيق الرضى الوظيفي لديهم من خلال مساهمتها في رفع مستوى دافعية الانجاز و تسهيل العملية التعليمية ، مع الاشارة الى بعض النقائص التي يستدعي الامر تداركها .................. هذا ما جعلنا نقترح :  غرس الاتجاه الاجابي لدى الاساتذة و جعلهم اكثر تفاعلا و تكيفا مع مختلف التغيرات التي قد تدخلها المنظومة التربوية على مناهجها .  اكتساب القدرات المعرفية للاستاذ تمكنه من تزويد التلاميذ بمعارف و المهارات البدنية و الرياضية الضرورية .  العناية بالتكوين و تحسين مستوى معاهد التربية البدنية و الرياضية بداية باختيار الطلبة ذوي الاتجاه الاجابي نحو المادة .  ضرورة الاستجابة الى المتغيرات التى تشهدها المنظومة التربوية لكي تتماشى و احتياجات التلامذ حيث بتحقق الاهداف التعليمية يتحقق الرضى الوظيفي لدى الاساتذة - Through our study, we aimed to shed light on the competency approach and its relationship to job satisfaction among secondary education teachers, by studying the relationship between the competency approach and the achievement motivation of teachers, as well as its relationship to the success of the educational process on the other hand. - We put forward three hypotheses for this research: - The competency approach contributes to achieving job satisfaction among secondary education teachers. - The competency approach contributes to raising the level of achievement motivation among secondary education teachers. - The competency approach contributes to the success of the educational process for the physical and sports education class for secondary education teachers. - We used a sample consisting of "40 professors in the secondary phase of the state of Ouargla, and we presented the sample with a questionnaire after we verified its validity and reliability, and then we unloaded the data and analyzed it by adopting the bibliographic analysis method. - The professors’ answers to the questionnaire showed that almost all the professors emphasized that teaching according to the competency approach had a positive role in achieving their job satisfaction through its contribution to raising the level of achievement motivation and facilitating the educational process, with reference to some shortcomings that need to be remedied.. This is what made us suggest: - Instilling a positive attitude in teachers and making them more interactive and adaptive to the various changes that the educational system may introduce to its curricula. - Acquiring the cognitive abilities of the professor that enables him to provide students with the necessary physical and mathematical knowledge and skills. - Taking care of training and improving the level of physical education and sports institutes, starting with selecting students with a positive attitude towards the subject. - The need to respond to the changes witnessed by the educational system in order to be in line with the needs of the students, whereby the educational goals are achieved, the job satisfaction of the teachers is achieved.
