Etude Et Conception D’une Bielle Dans Un Moteur A Combustion Interne En Utilisant Logiciel Solidworks Simulation
Résumé: The present study consists in the static simulation modeling of a connecting rod of a TVS Motor-Apache 150 type engine. Its purpose is to determine the optimum operating conditions under variable mechanical loads. The loading case considered is the compression of the connecting rod. The results obtained, states of stress, deformation and displacement, allow the implementation of a prediction model of highly stressed areas and consequently improve the design parameters of the connecting rods, particularly in the design phase. The numerical method used is the finite element method as implemented in solidworks simulation. The solution makes it possible to precisely locate the coordinates of the elements which are at the origin of certain damage to the connecting rod.
