مقاربة نظرية في تفسير علافة الثقافة التنظيمية بفشل بعض أساليب التنظيم والتسيير بالمؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية - دراسة نظرية ـ

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى تبيان أهم المراحل التسييرية التي ميزت المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية منذ مرحلة ما بعد الاستقلال وإلى غاية تبني السلطة الجزائرية لخيار التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الحر والتخلي عن الاقتصاد الموجه. كما تحاول الدراسة الحاية ربط فشل معظم الخيارات التنموية المتبعة بعدم وجود علاقة بين هاته السياسات التنموية من حهة والعامل الجزائري من جهة ثاني ، هذا الأخير الذي يحمل ثقافة وتراث حضاري مغاير لذلك الذي استوردت منه التكنولوجيا التي تبنتها الجزائر في مجال التصنيع. وعليه تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تشخيص الخلل الذي نجم عن عدم الانسجام بين الثقافة التنظيمية للعامل الصناعي الجزائري والثقافة الأم التي أنتجت التكنولوجيا الصناعية التي حاولت السلطة تطبيقها في المجتمع الجزائري دون الأخذ بعين الاعتبار للخصوصية الثقافية للعامل الصناعي الجزائري. The study aims to identify the most important stages of the direction that characterized the Algerian industrial company in the post-independence until the adoption of the Algerian authorities to the option of the trend to the economy free and abandon the planned economy. The study also attempts to connect to most development choices one side followed the failure of that there is no relationship between the circumstances of the development policies of the Algerian factor across , the latter bringing the culture and heritage of civilization different from that which spawned the technology adopted by Algeria in the field of industry.
