دور الإئتلافات الداخلية في تخفيض الصراعات التنظيمية - دراسة حالة بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بمتليلي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إل التعرف على مسامهة الائتلافات الداخلية يف ختفيض الصراعات التنظيمية من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية 18 فيفري متليلي الشعانبة، وذلك من خالل التعرف على توافر أبعاد االئتالف الداخلي أببعاده )السلطة، اإليديولوجيا، الكفاءات املتخصصة، السياسات( لدى المؤسسة ، ودراسة مسامهة تلك األبعاد على ختفيض الصراع التنظيمي ابملؤسسة ، كما هدفت الدراسة لإلجابة عن سؤال فيما ما إذا هناك فروق في ايجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى للمستوى الدراسي وسنوات الخبرة . وبغرض معاجلة اإلشكالية قمنا بتوزيع سبعني)70 )استبياان على جمتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده ثالمثائة وعشرين)320 )فردا، يف حني اسرتجعنا مثانية و مخسني 58 استبيان ، ولتحليل االستبيان متت االستعانة بربانمج SPSS نسخة 19 وخلصت الدراسة إل وجود مستوى مرتفع من مفهوم االئتالفات الداخلية والصراع التنظيمي لدى العاملين ، كما وجدان أن الائتلافاتى الداخلية لها مسامهة مرتفعة في تخفيض الصراع التنظيمي في المؤسسة محا الدراسة بيعديها السلطة ز الايديولوجيا ومنخفضة عند البعيدين الكفاءات المتخصصة والسياسات This study aims to identify the contribution of internal coalitions in reducing organizational conflicts from employees view point of the public hospital institution February 18 Mellili Chaanba ، by identifying internal coalition dimensions availability (Authority ، Ideology ، Specialized Competencies and Policies) at the organization ، and studying the contribution of those dimensions of reducing the organizational conflict in the institution. The study also aimed to answer a question whether there are differences in the answers of the study sample attributed to the academic level and experience years. to address the problem ، we distributed seventy (70) questionnaires to the study population numbering three hundred and twenty (320) individuals ، while we retrieved fifty-eight (58) questionnaires. Was used SPSS program version 19 to analyze the questionnaire. The study concluded that there is a high level of the concept of internal coalitions and organizational conflict among workers ، and we also found that internal coalitions It has a high contribution to reducing organizational conflict in the institution under study in its dimensions of Authorityy and Ideology ، and low in both dimensions ، Specialized Competencies and Policies.
