مفهوم العمل الانساني في إطار القانون الدولي الانساني

Résumé: يشكل العمل الإنساني مصدر قلق للضمير الإنساني و الرأي العام خاصة مع تنامي ظاهرة النزاعات المسلحة وكثرة الكوارث الطبيعية، فالعمل الإنساني يسعى إلى إنقاذ حياة جميع الفئات المتضررة من الكوارث الإنسانية بما فيها ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة، وهذا مايتطلب ضرورة تدخل هيئات الإغاثة والمجتمع الدولي ككل بغرض إمداد المساعدات الإنسانية ومنح الضروريات الأساسية للحياة وفقا لمبادئ العمل الإنساني. Humanitarian work constitutes a source of concern for the human conscience and public opinion, especially with the growing phenomenon of armed conflicts and the multiplicity of natural disasters. Humanitarian work seeks to save the lives of all groups affected by humanitarian disasters, including the victims of armed conflicts, and this requires the intervention of relief agencies and the international community as a whole for the purpose of supplying aid humanity and granting the basic necessities of life in accordance with the principles of humanitarian action.
