قراءة معاصرة في الفكر الدستوري لابن خلدون على ضوء طروحات الفكر الليبرالي في السياسة والنظم.

Résumé: الملخص: لقد شهد لابن خلدون الباحثون الفكره بعبقريته الفذة ، وتقدمه في فنون كثيرة، وما أبدعه عقله من شحذ وتضمین کتابه "المقدمة "بنظريات وتحليلات ومفاهيم تعتبر مرجعا للكتابات الدستورية الحديثة، وأسسا للتطبيقات في مجال الحكم والسياسة . فهذه الورقة البحثية محاولة مني لقراءة أفكاره قراءة معاصرة على ضوء التطبيقات الدستورية والطروحات الليبرالية الحديثة؛ لأن بعض فقرات المقدمة تحمل أكثر من معنى وتفسر على أكثر من وجه. فكم من جمل وفقرات وجدتها من غير تعسف في التأويل - تحمل أفكارا رائدة سبق بها ابن خلدون فقهاء القانون الدستوري في أهم مواضيعه المتعلقة بتعريف السياسة وتصنيف النظم السياسية وبمسائل السلطة السياسية والحكم النيابي. Abstract: Ibn Khaldun has witnessed the researchers' ideas of his exceptional genius, his progress in many arts, his brilliance and his introduction of theories, analyzes and concepts that are a reference to modern constitutional writings and foundations for applications in governance and politics. This paper is an attempt to read his ideas for contemporary reading in the light of constitutional applications and modern liberal theses. Some of the paragraphs of the introduction carry more than one meaning and are interpreted in more than one way. Some of the sentences and paragraphs I found - not arbitrary in interpretation - carry leading ideas preceded by Ibn Khaldoun jurists of constitutional law in the most important topics related to the definition of politics and the classification of political systems and issues of political power and parliamentary governance.
