Résumé: The aim of this study is tagged with ( Arabic language teaching and learning difficulties in the elementary theory and application ) to explore the most important difficulties in Arabic language learners and teachers alike as principal in those difficulties standing on several different factors causes t Shares in the restricted so that the educational process is a complex learning parties tangled aspects, this study came to answer a bunch of questions represent problematic research, summarized in the following: what are the main difficulties to learn Arabic language education in elementary school of Algeria? The fact that the problems experienced by teachers and learners during the Arabic language? What are the main difficulties in Arabic language learners in grade school? What are the causes of weak learners at this point? How successful teaching methods and their effectiveness in eliminating these difficulties? From these and other questions, in that haze which continues to disturb the Arabic language teaching and learning this study came to consider the difficulties encountered in Arabic language teaching and learning in an important stage of education. The difficulty that aim this study addressed but I mean all the problems and difficulties of learners during their learning language, bar prevents them from learning proper skills and control its use, it may be sourced from psychological factors stemming from the learner, or may arise from Teacher and the presentation of the linguistic content, or may be derived from the content of the course itself. The study has divided as evidenced by the title into two parts: theoretical and applied to another Department.
