الضبط في مجال العمران كوسيلة لحماية البيئة في الجزائر
Résumé: يعتبر العمران مرآة تعكس مستوى التطور الحضاري للدولة والجزائر على غرار جميع الدول تسهر على وضع مقاييس تستجيب لها البنايات، بغية إظهار الوجه الحسن لها حيث أقرت عديد الآليات والتشريعات لحماية البيئة العمرانية، مع وضع الأطر اللازمة للمحافظة على عناصر البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة، واستحدثت هيئات ومؤسسات متخصصة وأصدرت ترسانة من النصوص القانونية ترمي للمحافظة على البيئة من جهة وتهدف إلى تنظيم العمران ومنحه النسق الجمالي الذي يعبر عن الهوية الجزائرية العمرانية من جهة ثانية Urbanization is the mirror that reflects the civilization level of any state. Algeria; as all countries; is keen to develop measures to which buildings should respond in order to show its good face, so it adopted many mechanisms and legislation to protect the urban environment. It used all the necessary frameworks to maintain the environment features within the context of sustainable development, in addition to that it created specialized agencies and institutions that are armed with an arsenal of legal texts for preserving the environment, organizing the building and giving them aesthetic appearance. This expresses the identity of the Algerian urban style.
