الأسواق المالية في الدول العربية –الواقع والآفاق-

Résumé: الملخص: ﺍﳍﺪﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻫﻮ ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺩﺑﻴﺎﺕ ﺃﺳﻮﺍﻕ ﺭﺃﺱ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻝ العربية وواقعها والمعوقات التي تواجهها، والبحث عن كيفية الحد من هذه العراقيل والقضاء عليها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للأسواق المالية اثر فاعل في النشاط المالي والمصرفي وفي مجمل الاقتصاد الوطني للبلدان في العالم، كما أن أسواق المال العربية تعاني من واقع مرير ومشاكل متعددة مثل غياب الاستقلال الإداري والمـالي لـبعض أسواق المال العربية وغياب مؤسسات الإيداع المركزي ومؤسسات التسوية المالية وعـدم وضـوح الأدوات المالية وصغر نطاق الأسواق ومن تحديات العولمة وغير ذلك. ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﻔﺘﺎﺣﻴﺔ: السوق المالية، كفاءة ﺃﺳﻮﺍﻕ ﺭﺃﺱ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ، الدول العربية. Abstract: The objective of the study is to highlight the literature of the capital markets in the Arab countries and their reality and the obstacles faced by them and to find out how to reduce and eliminate these obstacles. The study concluded that the financial markets have an effective effect in financial and banking activity and in the overall national economy of countries in the world, That Arab financial markets suffer from a bitter reality and multiple problems such as the absence of administrative and financial independence of some Arab financial markets and the absence of central depository institutions and financial settlement institutions and the lack of clarity of financial instruments and small markets and the challenges of globalization And so on.
