Résumé: The current study aims to reveal the relation between satisfaction with specialization and the level of ambition among university students and the extent of the impact of the interaction of each variable: gender: :To go into this study, the appropriate correlative descriptive approach was adopted and the study's hypotheses are based on the following statistical methods: The current study sample consisted of 90 male and female students from the University, the study sample was selected in a simple random manner and the field application was carried out at the University of Kasdi Merbah-Ouargla (Algeria). In fact, data collection has also been based on the following two tools: 1- - There is a statistically significant correlation between the level of satisfaction with specialization and the level of ambition among university students. 2- There are no statistically significant differences between university students depending on gender: (male-female) in the association between satisfaction with specialization and level of ambition. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between university students depending . These findings were interpreted in the light of the theoretical heritage and previous studies on the two subjects of the current study: (Satisfaction with specialization - level of ambition). The study was concluded with a set of recommendations directed at the University's educational staff, the University's students and members of the current study sample.
