Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين جودة أداء العاملين في مديرية الإدارة المحلية بولاية المسيلة، حيث تم تناول أهم المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بكل نظم المعلومات الإدارية و جودة أداء العاملين. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة المكونة من 94 موظفا والمتمثلة في الإداريين العاملين بمختلف مصالح المديرية محل الدراسة. وبعد اختبار فرضيات الدراسة بواسطة الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة تم التوصل إلى تدني مستوى اهتمام الإدارة المحلية بتطوير نظم المعلومات الإدارية، وانخفاض مستوى جودة أداء العاملين بها، مما أدى إلى وجود أثر لنظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين جودة أداء العاملين بالمديرية محل الدراسة. This study aims to identify the role of Management Information Systems in improving the Quality of the Employees’ Performance in the Directorate of Local Administration M'sila. Where the most important basic concepts related to all Management Information Systems and the Quality of the Performance of Employees were addressed. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon and the questionnaire was used as a basic tool to collect information from the study sample consisting of 94 employees. The local administration’s low level of interest in developing Management Information Systems was reached, and the Quality of its Employees ’Performance was low, which led to the existence of an effect of Management Information Systems in improving the Quality of the Employees’ Performance in the Directorate under study.
