تأثير الأزمة المالية العالمية على التوزيع الجغرافي للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر خلال الفترة (2005-2018)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تتبع تداعيات الأزمة المالي العالمية 2008 على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وتوزيعه الجغرافي على مختلف مناطق العالم بعد مرور أكثر من عشرة سنوات على حدوثها، وذالك من خلال تتبع تطور تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوارد منه والصادر خلال الفترة (2005-2018) والمقارنة بين فترة ما قبل وما بعد الأزمة، وأظهرت النتائج أن الأزمة المالية أدت إلى تراجع كبير لحركة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الأجل القصير في مختلف مناطق العالم وبدرجات متفاوتة، أما في المدى المتوسط فإن الاستثمار الأجنبي لم يستعد الزخم الذي عرفته فترة ما قبل الأزمة، وتراجعت مساهمة الدولة المتقدمة وخاصة الأوربية في نشاط الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وفي المقابل زادت حصة الدول النامية خاصة الأسيوية من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. This study aimed to track the repercussions of the global financial crisis of 2008 on FDI and its geographical distribution to different regions of the world more than ten years after its occurrence, by tracking the development of FDI inflows from it and issued during the period ( 2005-2018) And the comparison between the pre- and post-crisis period, the results showed that the financial crisis led to a significant decline in the movement of foreign direct investment in the short term in different regions of the world and to varying degrees, but in the medium term foreign investment did not regain the momentum of a period Before the crisis, the contribution of the developed country, especially the European country, to FDI activity declined in return, the share of developing countries, especially Asian countries, increased from FDI.
