الدينامية السكانية في الجزائر آفاق 2050 وأهم الانعكاسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية

Résumé: يهدف بحث الدينامية السكانية في الجزائر إلى تتبع تطور أهم عناصر هذه الدينامية منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، ومعرفة الاتجاهات المستقبلية للسكان آفاق 2050، من خلال تطبيق برنامج الطيف الديموغرافي سبيكتروم، والذي يكون وفق ثلاث سيناريوهات تتعلق بالخصوبة والوفيات التي يعبر عنها بأمل الحياة والهجرة التي تكون منعدمة مع جميع فرضيات البحث، ومعرفة اثر هذه التحولات الديموغرافية على الفئات العمرية العريضة 0-14سنة، 15-64سنة و65 سنة فأكثر، والتي من خلالها يمكننا إلقاء الضوء على موقع الجزائر ضمن النافذة الديموغرافية وفرصة الاستفادة منها،ومن هذا المنطلق خلصت النتائج إلى تجاوز السكان عتبة 60 مليون نسمة وفق الفرضية المتوسطة آفاق 2050، مع زيادة دخول السكان في سن الفئة النشطة إلى سوق العمل في السنوات القليلة القادمة، في ظل تراجع الفئة العمرية 0-14 سنة واتجاه الفئة العمرية 65 سنة فأكثر إلى الزيادة، الأمر الذي ينبأإلىاتجاه سكان الجزائر نحو الشيخوخة كنتيجة ديموغرافية حتمية،كما تطرقنا إلى أهم الانعكاسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تعترض مسار التنمية في الجزائر. The aim of the study of Algeria's population dynamic is to track the development of the most important elements of this dynamic from independence to the present day. and know the future trends of the population outlook 2050, through the application of the spectrum demographic programme which is based on three scenarios relating to fertility and mortality expressed by life hope and migration that is not in conformity with all research hypotheses, Knowledge of the impact of these demographic shifts on the broad age groups 0-14 years 15-64 years and 65 years and over, through which we can highlight Algeria's position within the demographic window and the opportunity to benefit from it With this in mind, the results have reached that the population has exceeded the threshold of 60 million according to the average hypothesis, with the population of active age increasing its entry into the labour market in the next few years.in the light of the decline in the age group 0-14 years and the trend towards increase in the age group 65 years and above, That is why Algeria's population is moving towards ageing as an inevitable demographic result. seconomic and social repercussions on Algeria's development path.
