دراسة تحليلة لواقع مساهمة الأسواق المالية في تنمية اقتصاد الشركات الرياضية

Résumé: نهدف من دراستنا إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الأسواق المالية ودرجة تمويل اقتصاد الشركات الرياضية والتعرف على أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى زيادة الموارد المالية في المجال الرياضي،ودور الشركات الرياضية في طرح السندات وتوفير السيولة المالية للقطاعات الرياضية،وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: تعتبر الأسواق المالية العالمية من أهم الأدوات والأكثر نشاطا في العالم لما توفره من موارد مالية (أسهم وسندات) للقطاعات الحكومية وشبه الحكومية و للقطاع الخاص كالبنوك والمؤسسات و الشركات الرياضية،تؤدي الأسواق المالية وظيفة كبيرة حينما توفر المعلومات الهامة للمستثمرين و رجال أعمال بالقطاع الرياضي عن الوضعية المالية للشركات الرياضية،كما أن هناك علاقة ارتباطيه ما بين الأسواق المالية وتمويل اقتصاد الشركات الرياضية ، فكلما توفرت الأسواق المالية زاد التمويل الاقتصادي للشركات الرياضية ، وكلما زاد الاستثمار في الشركات الرياضية زادت معه فعالية الأسواق المالية. Abstract : Our study aims to determine the relationship between financial markets and the degree of financing the economy of sports companies and to identify the most important factors that lead to increased financial resources in the field of sports, and the role of sports companies in the issuance of bonds and provide financial liquidity for sports sectors, the study reached the following results: Of the most important and active tools in the world because of the availability of financial resources (stocks and bonds) for government and semi-government sectors and the private sector such as banks, institutions and sports companies, financial markets perform a great function when providing important information to the There is a correlation between the financial markets and the financing of the sports companies' economy.The more financial markets are available, the more economic financing of the sports companies, and the more investment in sports companies, the more effective the financial markets.
