أثر قرارات مجلس الإدارة كألية داخلية للحوكمة على هيكل رأس مال الشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر خلال فترة 2017-2022

Résumé: مستخلص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم وقياس التأثير الناتج عن قرارات مجلس الإدارة على هيكل رأس المال للشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر باستخدام نماذج بانل الساكن خلال فترة 2017-2022، قمنا بتقدير التأثير الناتج عن القرارات الثلاث التي تم اتخاذها على مستوى الشركات: السيولة، الربحية، توزيعات أرباح، على المتغير التابع هيكل رأس المال. تشير النتائج إلى أن القرارات المتعلقة بالسيولة و توزيع أرباح تؤثر على هيكل رأس المال، حيث ترتبط السيولة سلبا مع نسبة الدين بينما يرتبط قرار توزيع الأرباح بشكل إيجابي مع نسبة الدين، كما أظهرت النتائج أن القرار المتعلق بالربحية لا يؤثر على هيكل رأس المال. Abstract: The aims of the study is to explore and model the impact of administrative council's decisions on the capital structure of companies listed on the Algiers stock Exchange, using static panel models during the period 2017-2022. We estimated the impact of three decisions made at the company level-liquidity, profitability, and dividends distribution-on the dependent variable, the capital structure. The results indicate that decisions related to liquidity and dividends distribution affect the capital structure. Liquidity is negatively correlated with debt modeling, while dividends distribution decision is positively correlated with debt levels. The results also showed that the decision related to profitability does not affect the capital structure.
