Etude Comparative De La Capacité D’adsorption De Charbon Magnétique Et De Charbon Actif Pour La Rétention Des Métaux Lourds
Résumé: Our work consists On the one hand exploited and valorized natural products such as date residues (Hchef) which is one of the locally abundant and low-cost resources. On the other hand, it removes heavy metals like copper ions from the environment. The efficiency of this absorbent (prepared activated charcoal) in the sorption of these pollutants was studied by vary various parameters such as temperature, pH, contact time and adsorbent recovery. At the end of this study, we compare coal at (400°C and 700°C) for adsorbent heavy metals (copper ions) with commercial activated coal. The optimum adsorption rate was estimatedat98.91 at pH 4.46. It was concluded that the Langmuir model best describes the absorption of copper ions. The kinetic study was discussed using different model skinetics and adsorption experiments indicated that the pseudo-second model order was well suited to kinetic data. Parameters thermodynamics were also evaluated. We found that the process adsorption was feasible, spontaneous and exothermic.
