الصحة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني- دراسة ميدانية في المستشفى العمومي بقصر الشلالة- تيارت

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية، والتوافق المهني لدى موظفي المستشفى العمومي بقصر الشلالة بولاية تيارت، والبحث عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الصحة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني، حيث استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي وقمنا بتطبيق مقياسي الصحة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني على عينة بلغت (47) من الاطباء والممرضين والاداريين وتبين أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 0.05) بين الصحة التنظيمية، والتوافق المهني لدى موظفي المستشفى العمومي وكانت العلاقة موجبة. This study aimed to reveal the level of organizational health and vocational adjustment among the staff of the Public Hospital in Qasr Al-Shallala, Tiaret State, and to look into the nature of the relationship between organizational health and vocational adjustment. In our study, we used the descriptive methodology and applied the standards of organizational health and vocational adjustment to a sample of (47) doctors, nurses and administrators. It was found that there was a statistically significant correlation at a significant level (0.05) between organizational health and vocational adjustment among the employees of the public hospital. And the relation was positive .
