احتياطات الصرف الاجنبي و صدمات التجارة الخارجية دراسة حالة الجزائر 1990-2020
Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم العوامل التي تحدد احتياطات الصرف الأجنبي وصدمات التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر من خلال تحديد أهم النظريات التفسيرية له وبناء نموذج معياري لتأثير المحددات المختلفة على احتياطيات النقد الأجنبي في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 1990 إلى 2020 ومن خلال التحليل خلص الدراسة إلى أن وفرة احتياطات الصرف الاجنبي في دعم النمو الاقتصادي من خلال استللال الفوائ منها في دعم المشاري الاقتصادية التي تولد عوائد معتبرة في المستقبل وهو ما ينجم عن زيادة حقيقية في الناتج المحلي." This study aims to know the most important factors that determine foreign exchange reserves and foreign trade shocks in Algeria by identifying the most important explanatory theories for it and building a standard model for the impact of various determinants on foreign exchange reserves in Algeria during the period from 1990 to 2020. Through the analysis, the study concluded that the abundance of Foreign exchange reserves in support of economic growth by utilizing surpluses from them to support economic projects that generate significant returns in the future, which results in a real increase in domestic product.
