Résumé: يعتبر العلم القواعد الفقهية علما مستقلا بذاته، فهو قاعدة الأحكام، والفاصل بين الحلال والحرام، وبه تتحق مصالح الأنام، وقد احتوت جنبات تفسير التحرير والتنوير لصحابه الشيخ الطاهر بن عاشور في ربعه الأول على قواعد فقهية تدل على اتساع في مطالعة الفنون الشرعية، وقد جاء هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء عليها بالتدليل والتطبيق. The science of jurisprudence rules is an independent note in itself. It is the rule of judgments, and the separation between halal and haram. The interests of the sons are in it, and the branches of the interpretation of liberation and enlightenment included the companions of Tahir ibn Ashour in the first quarter.
