Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة الأبنية الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية اللازمة لبناء مجتمعات المعرفة التي تعتبر الركيزة الأساسية للتكنولوجيا و الرقمنة العصرية ،حيث أصبحت تقاس درجة تقدمها بمدى تطور المعرفة بأشكالها الحديثة والمتطورة ؛أي تلك التي تعتمد على التعليم المتطور واستخدام الكمبيوتر واختراق الحدود الزمنية والمكانية و بمدى اعتمادها على الاقتصاد المعرفي المتطور الذي يعتمد على الآلة الحديثة في التصنيع والإنتاج ،و اليد العاملة المؤهلة والتي تملك القدرات الفنية والعلمية بدل اليد العاملة البسيطة ، و تبين لنا من خلال الدراسة الوصفية أن الدول العربية من الدول الضعيفة في بناء مجتمعات المعرفة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية باعتبارها لا تزال تقيس درجة الأمية بمن لا يعرف القراءة و الكتابة ،إضافة إلي معاناتها من ضعف المؤهلات العلمية التي تتحكم في المعرفة التكنولوجية. و لا تزال بعيدة التصنيفات العالمية التي تتطلب الجودة و الرقمنة . Abstract:The study aims to know the social and economic structures necessary to build knowledge societies that are the main pillar of modern technology, as the degree of its progress has become measured by the extent of knowledge development in its modern and advanced forms; that is, those that depend on advanced education, the use of computers, penetration, and the extent of its dependence on the economy. The advanced knowledge that depends on the modern machine in manufacturing, and the qualified workforce who possesses technical of simple labor. And it became clear to us through the descriptive study that the Arab countries are among the weak countries in building societies of social and economic knowledge, as they still measure the degree of illiteracy for those who cannot read and write, in addition to their suffering from weak scientific qualifications that control technological knowledge. And still far from the global rankings that require quality
