الاستغراق الوظيفي وعلاقته بمستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية للعاملين في مصلحتي التدريس، التعليم والتقييم بجامعة قاصدي مرباح- ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة الاستغراق الوظيفي بالاحتراق الوظيفي للعاملين في مصلحتي التدريس، التعليم والتقييم بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (111) عامل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، تم تحليل البيانات الواردة من الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss v.22)، بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، النسب المئوية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار الخطي، و خلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج اهمها: وجود علاقة عكسية ضعيفة بين الاستغراق الوظيفي والاحتراق الوظيفي، و يعزز هذا قيمة معامل الارتباط (R= 0.252)، أما القوة التفسيرية للنموذج فقد بلغت )063R2=0.). This study aims to identify the relationship between job engagement and job burnout for employees in service of teaching, education and assessment at Qasidi Marbah University and Ouargla. This study was applied random sample consisting of 111 employees. To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used questionnaire to collect data. the data were analyzed by using Received questionnaires using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (Spss v.22), based on arithmetic means, standard deviations, percentages, correlation coefficients and linear regression analysis, The study concluded with the following results: The presence of negative relationship between job engagement and job burnout enhances this value of the correlation coefficient (R = 0.252), while the explanatory power of the model reached (R2 = 0.063.
