إجماعات ابن رشد الحفيد من خلال كتابه " بداية المجتهد ونهاية المقتصد " كتاب الطهارة نموذجا

Résumé: ىذه الرسالة مذكرة لنيل شيادة الميسانس في العموم الإسلامية مقدمة من طرف الطالبتين: ساري نصر سناء ، عبعوب عائشة ،بجامعة الشييد حمة لخضر بالوادي، كمية العموم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، معيد العموم الإسلامية ، بعنوان "إجماعات ابن رشد الحفيد من خلال كتابو بداية المجتيد ونياية المقتصد –كتاب الطيارة نموذجا-. وتشتمل المذكرة عمى:المقدمة،ثلاث مباحث ،والخاتمة. المبحث الأول : التعريف بالمؤلف وبالكتاب المبحث الثاني: الإجماع وأحكامو المبحث الثالث: وىو المبحث التطبيقي، وفيو درسنا الإجماعات التي ذكرىا ابن رشد في كتاب الطيارة من كتاب "بداية المجتيد" الخاتمة:وتوصمنا إلى نتائج أىميا: أن إجماعات ابن رشد –كتاب الطيارة- أغمبيا دقيقة ،ولكن وجود الخلاف بكثرة في مختمف مسائميا. Summary: This message is a note for Neil bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies Introduction by two students: Sari Nacer Sana ,Aboub Aicha, at the University of martyr meat Lakhdar valley, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Islamic Sciences Institute, entitled "Ajmaat Averroes grandson through his book beginning industrious and end Savin - book Purity Nmozja-. The note includes: introduction, three sections, and conclusion. First topic: Definition and book author The second topic: the consensus and its provisions The third topic: the section applied, in which we studied Alajmaat mentioned by Ibn Rushd in the book Purity of the book "The beginning of the industrious." Conclusion: We have reached the following results: Ajmaat that Ibn Rushd -ktab Tharh- mostly accurate, but the existence of the dispute in abundance in various its issues
