مساهمة المحاسبة الإدارية الإستراتيجية في تقييم إستراتيجية المؤسسات الصناعية دراسة حالة مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم إستراتيجية مؤسسة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، كونها أحد أهم أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية الإستراتيجية الفعالة في تمكين المؤسسة من تقييم وتحسين أدائها لبلوغ أهدافها المسطرة ورؤيتها المرجوة. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم نموذج بطاقة الأداء المتوازن للمؤسسة بغية تقييم الأداء الإستراتيجي لها ، من خلال عرض صورة واقعية لمستوى أدائها الكلي للفترة الممتدة من 2015 إلى 2019 وتسجيل مختلف الانحرافات مع اقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية الملائمة. This study aims to evaluate the strategy of the Cement Corporation, Ain El Kabira, using the Balanced Scorecard, as it is one of the most important effective strategic management accounting methods in enabling the organization to evaluate and improve its performance in order to achieve its established goals and desired vision. To achieve this, the balanced scorecard model was designed for the organization in order to evaluate its strategic performance, by presenting a realistic picture of its overall performance level for the period from 2015 to 2019 and recording various deviations while proposing appropriate corrective actions
