الرزقي بن منصور شيخ قبيلة الحنانشة 1826- 1848.

Résumé: الملخص: يعتبر الرزقي بن منصور شيخ الحنانشة (1826- 1848م) أحد أبرز شيوخ القبيلة في القرن 19م. قدم الشيخ خدمات مخزنية للبايلك وللحاج أحمد باي قسنطينة (1826- 1837م)، ساهمت في إحلال الأمن والقضاء على المتمردين. كما قام الشيخ بأدوار عسكرية رفقة الباي في صد الحملة الفرنسية الأولى على مدينة قسنطينة سنة 1836م؛ غير أن موقفه من الحاج أحمد باي قد تغير بعدها، إذ تمرد على سلطته، عارضا ولائه لسلطات الاحتلال التي "احتفظت" به شيخا على نفس المناطق التي كان يديرها في العهد السابق. وتطرح شخصية الرزقي بن منصور ومشاركته في العديد من الأحداث المحلية ببايلك الشرق الجزائري خلال النصف الأول من القرن 19م، مسألة علاقة شيوخ القبائل بأفراد قبائلهم من جهة وبالحكام العثمانيين ومن بعدهم الفرنسيين من جهة أخرى. Abstract: Rezgui Ben Mansour Sheikh Hanencha (1826-1848) was one of the most prominent sheikhs of the tribe in the 19th century. The Sheikh provided several services to the Beylik and to Hadj Ahmed Bey Constantine (1826-1837), which contributed to the security and elimination of the rebels. The Sheikh also played military roles with the Bey in blocking the first French campaign on the city of Constantine in 1836, but his position on the Hadj Ahmed Bey has changed since rebellion against his authority, he opposed his allegiance to the occupation authorities, who "kept" him as a Sheikh on the same areas he had run in the previous era. El Rezgui Ben Mansour and his participation in several local events in Beylik, the Algerian region, are present during the first half of 19th century, the issue of tribal elders' relationship with their tribe members, on the one hand, and the Ottoman rulers, and later the French, on the other.
