جودة أداء الإدارة المحلية في ظل ممارسات الإدارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر

Résumé: في إطار حتمية الإعتماد على ممارسات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمنظمات المعاصرة، وفي ظل سعي الحكومات إلى الاستجابة إلى رغبة المواطن في حصوله على أفضل الخدمات من جهة، أو إلى مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي العالمي في هذا المجال من جهة أخرى. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إثراء المجال المعرفي لتشخيص السبل المنوطة بضبط الأسس المعتمدة لتحديد الاتجاهات الحديثة في تسيير شؤون الوحدات المحلية بما يتماشى ومتطلبات المجتمع، وذلك من خلال الإعتماد على متغير الإدارة الإلكترونية وما له من مزايا لتحسين الأداء بالإدارة المحلية، مع دراسة أهم متطلبات تطبيق هذه التكنولوجيا وأهم التحديات التي تواجهها بالإدارة المحلية بالجزائر. In the framwork of the imperative to rely on electronic management practices in contemporary organizations, as governments seek to respond to the citizen’s desire for better services, and keeping up with the global technological development in this field. This study aimed at enriching the field of knowledge to diagnose the means entrusted with adjusting the approved foundations for identifying modern trends in conducting the affairs of local units in line with the requirements of society, this is through relying on the electronic management variable and its advantages to improve performance in the local administration, and studying the most important requirements for the application of this technology and the most important challenges facing the local administration in Algeria.
