الأخطاء النطقية عند حبسي بروكا الراشد

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة الأخطاء النطقية المرتكبة لدى حبسي بروكا الراشد، وذلك من خلال مقارنة الأخطاء النطقية عند كلا الجنسين المصابين بحبسة بروكا. وعلى هذا فقد قمنا بتطبيق الميزانية الأرطوفونية للباحثة نصيرة زلال على 4 حالات تعاني من حبسة بروكا من مستشفى إعادة التأهيل الحركي بسطوالي ، وقد تم الإعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة ولقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - نسبة الأخطاء النطقية (الصوتية) عند حبسي بروكا منخفضة. نسبة الأخطاء النطقية تكون عند الإناث أكثر من الذكور. - الأخطاء النطقية تكون أكثر في الصفة وليس في المخرج، والمظهر الأكثر تضررا هو الحذف. كلمات مفتاحية: الحبسة؛ حبسة بروكا: الاضطراب النطقي. Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the articulation errors among adults with Broca's aphasia. This is done by comparing the articulation errors between male and female patients with this condition by applying the Speech Therapist Assessment, which was developed by researcher Nacéra Zalal, in order to evaluate four cases of Broca's aphasia patients from the Staoueli Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Hospital. Our research was conducted using the case-study approach, and we arrived at the following conclusions: - The percentage of articulation errors in Broca's aphasia is low. - Females tend to have a higher rate of articulation errors than males. - Errors in articulation tend to be more prominent in the feature stage and not at the output levelmand the most impacted feature is deletion.
