دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية دراسة حالة في المؤسسة الجزائرية للهاتف النقال موبيليس -الاغواط-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى اختبار مساهمة الإدارة الالكترونية بأبعادها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة الجزائرية للهاتف النقال موبيليس الجزائر، فتم الاعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية من خلال إستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSSV22 لمعالجة البيانات.و توصلت نتائج الدراسة ان الإدارة الالكترونية هو توجه جديد للعمل يستجيب ويواكب تلك التحديات والتغيرات في بيئة الاعمال اليوم، وتعد الإدارة الإلكترونية وتطبيقها من أبرز هذه التحديات التي تحاول منظمات الأعمال اليوم استخدامها في تحقيق ميزتها التنافسية. و انطلاقا من النتائج المتواصل اليها تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات. Abstract : The study aimed to test the contribution of electronic management with its dimensions in achieving the competitive advantage in the Algerian mobile phone company Mobilis Algeria. The questionnaire was relied on as a main tool for data collection, in addition to the use of statistical methods through the use of the statistical program 22SPSS for data processing. The results of the study concluded that electronic management is A new approach to work that responds and keeps pace with these challenges and changes in the business environment today, and electronic management and its application are among the most prominent of these challenges that business organizations today are trying to use to achieve their competitive advantage. Based on the continuous results, a set of recommendations were presented.
